Sapphire Coast Think Tanks offers organisations & small businesses a new & totally flexible way to deliver their meetings. For example, lunch can be had on site or your delegates can be transferred to a local café or restaurant, similarly, we offer a choice of dining venues in the evening.

In addition, you can choose to break your meeting with an early or late afternoon activity eg. sea kayaking or a NPWS Discovery Tour - with all transfers to alternative eating venues & activities only 10-15mins from our premises. Or perhaps you would like your delegates or their partners to be treated to one of our popular charter tours.

As we only cater for one Think Tank at any time, you are catered for exclusively. We provide the whole package; an intimate quiet venue, tours, transfers, & the organisation of all meals & accommodation where & when you want it.

The boardroom has both internal & separate external access as well as being a completely private room surrounded by native bushland.

Sapphire Coast Think Tanks is a new business operating in South Pambula on the South Coast of NSW. This fantastic initiative diversifies from our core business which is bus transport operations.

SCTT Operates Monday to Friday all year round excluding public holidays.

We provide our delegates with:

Complimentary tea, coffee & mints

Complimentary writing material, whiteboard, markers and flip charts

Transfers to and from venues and airport transfers if required*

Business facilities including executive office for impromptu meetings, fax machine, photocopier and internet*

Alternative lunch and dining venues upon request

Charter tours and/or activities for delegates or partners of delegates*

Please note the conference facility is located at Deanes Buslines which is a fully operational bus depot. This does not in any way interfere with the tranquil bush setting or the operation of the conference.

Day One 8:30am: Coffee and Tea served on arrival 8:45am–10:15am: Conferencing / meeting 10:15am: Morning Tea 10:30am-12:30pm: Conferencing / meeting 12:30pm: Lunch served in outdoor break-out area 1:15pm–3:15pm: Conferencing / meeting 3:15pm: Afternoon tea 3:15pm–5:00pm: Conferencing / meeting 5:00pm: Transfers to accommodation at Fairway Motor Inn 5:30pm: Happy Hour at the Pambula-Merimbula Golf Club (at own cost) 6:30pm: Dinner at Wheeler’s Seafood Restaurant

Day Two 7:30am: Cooked breakfast served in rooms at Fairway Motor Inn 8:15am: Transfers to SCTT venue 8:30am: Coffee and Tea served on arrival 8:45am–10:15am: Conferencing / meeting 10:15am: Morning Tea 10:30am-12:30pm: Conferencing / meeting 12:30pm: Lunch served in outdoor break-out area 1:15pm: Transfer to outdoor activity venue 1:30pm–3:30pm: Organised group activity e.g. sea kayaking or NPWS Discovery Tour 3:30pm–3:45pm: Return transfer to SCTT venue 3:45pm–5:00pm: Conferencing/meeting overview and delegate departure

We offer 3 different packages to cater for all budgets.

All 3 packages include:

• Single or double/twin accommodation at the Award Winning Fairway Motor Inn in Pambula
• Breakfast delivered each morning to rooms
• Morning and afternoon tea at SCTT venue
• Lunch at SCTT venue or off site if preferred
• Dinner at either the Pambula – Merimbula Golf Club or the Award Winning Wheelers Seafood Restaurant (both within 2 minutes walk of accommodation)
• Conference equipment such as data projectors, overhead projectors, whiteboards, flip charts and choice of seating arrangements
• Ready access to executive office for private meetings
• An outdoor break-out area with seating, marquee and fresh coastal air surrounded by native bushland
